« I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms. »

« To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. As we came and went he was extremely friendly and smiling with courteous greetings etc. He should be recognized for his excellent...

« Très bon hôtel d'étape à un prix très intéressant. Nous y avons séjourné de par sa proximité (5 min de route) avec le chicago outlet situé à Aurora. Bonne literie, propreté, personnel accueillant et wifi stable. Le seul bémol est la qualité du petit déjeuner mais il n'y pas de secret pour un séjour à 4 à 70 €. »

« I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....

« I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels! My genuine review: Very clean rooms, beds were actually comfortable, rooms are quiet! Staff was so-so, not bad, but not stellar. Location is amazing. Breakfast is literally top 3 for me the past few years in terms of hotels, legit was a solid perk on top of the amazing rooms. I travel to Chicago area often, and this is 99% my go to stay! »

« We booked this room and arrived to find a family living there. The family said this has happened on several occasions. We called the host number and he said the property should not have been listed. I contacted Expedia and they refunded us the payment but we were left trying to find accommodations for 7 people last minute. »
